Canton Brewing Company is committed to brewing the historic beers that made us famous over a century ago while embracing the new craft traditions today's beer lovers enjoy.

Our Restaurant (upstairs) and Speakeasy tap room (downstairs) both features a great lineup of delicious food and beer all prepared and brewed right here in our very own facility.

The Restaurant offers a full lunch and dinner menu and is open:
Tuesday - Thursday from 11 am - 10 pm
Friday from 11 am-11 pm
Saturday from 4 pm - 11 pm
Closed Sunday and Monday

The Speakeasy offers pizza and limited fare and is open:
Tuesday - Thursday from 4 pm - 10 pm
Friday from 4 pm - 11 pm
Saturday from 11 am - 11 pm.
Closed Sunday and Monday

Please note the kitchen service ends one hour before closing. Friday and Saturday pizzas (only) are served until we close.
