"California Family Fitness is Elk Grove's premier fitness center with a full gym, personal training, exercise classes and child care.

From state-of-the-art equipment to and fitness classes to many other amenities, this health club has something for everyone. Our group fitness classes include boot camp classes, exercise bike classes, water classes, zumba classes, yoga classes, step aerobic classes, strength training, swim lessons, and pilates classes.
