Since 1992 Cafe Iberico has been dedicated to serving their customers the most authentic tapas and regional specialties from all across Spain. Our Chef Dario, who was born in raised in Galicia, spends a month every year eating, studying, and learning about Spain's ever changing culinary landscape. We love out traditional dishes but we also love trying to new things on our specials list.
