Pitmaster Jake Greene has traveled this great country over and has worked in some of the nation’s best barbecue joints such as Memphis Minnies in San Francisco, Bill Millers Barbecue in Austin Texas, Fat Willies Rib Shack in Chicago Illinois, Rudy’s Barbecue and Green Mesquite in Austin Texas. Jake classifies his barbecue as southern soul barbecue from all over the country. He does a Texas style brisket, Memphis style pulled pork, Kansas City Ribs and some oh so good Georgia Boy Collard Greens. Homemade desserts like banana pudding, peach cobbler, daily rotating pies are available for your next event. Jake accredits his father John for his passion for smoking meats. His dad was always smoking meats for holidays and special meals. His momma Joy was the pie master and to this day she insists on him making only one crust and that’s with love y'all.
