Safe and proper removal of wildlife from your home, business or property.
Nuisance wildlife can cause serious damage to your home, and many carry disease including the rabies virus.
Here is a list of some wildlife I remove, including the zoonotic disease they can carry.
Raccoon- Baylisascaris: infection caused by a roundworm found in raccoons.
Leptospirosis: a bacterial disease with influenza-like symptoms.
Bats- Histoplasmosis: a respiratory disease caused from bat droppings
Pigeons- Histoplasmosis,Cryptococcosis, Psittacosis. All respiratory from droppings.
Squirrels- salmonella: from droppings, and urine. Squirrels are also flea and tick ridden which can cause an infestation.
Skunks- Baylisascaris columnaris: intestinal roundworm
Leptospirosis: a bacterial disease with influenza-like symptoms.
Additionally, distemper, canine hepatitis, fleas, ticks, and mites can cause problems for pets
Opossum- Leptospirosis or Salmonella, through droppings.
Rats/Mice- Rickettsia virus: a condition similar to chicken pox
Hantavirus: Viral with influenza-like symptoms
Bubonic Plague: most commonly rats, and yes it still exist in the U.S
Leptospirosis or Salmonella, through droppings.
