We prepare food with the same healthy ingredients that we use in our own homes. We only serve pesticide free produce from our lakeside garden or West Michigan farms. On special evenings, Chef Jeff will craft the daily menu using vegetables and herbs from his home garden. Blue Water Grill's menu reflects our values, featuring line caught seafood, hormone free steaks and free range chicken.
