Using organic veggies, rice, tofu and hormone free, free range chicken, grass fed beef, Blue Toba offers Ashland's first and ONLY Indonesian Food with spices brought directly back, by the Chef, from Indonesia. Each dish is made from scratch with exotic leaves, pods, and sticks that are used for medicinal purposes. Most dishes are served with rice that is used only in ceremonies: coconut, turmeric, lime leaf cooked and then steamed to perfection.
