RULES AND INFORMATION ON OUR AUCTIONS:
AUCTION TIMES:
* Begins Sunday at Noon - Ends Monday at 8:01 p.m.
* Begins Wednesday at Noon - Ends Thursday at 8:01 p.m.
STORE LOCATION AND HOURS:
We are located at 508 W. 30th, Baxter Springs Kansas (look for our banner). Please call ahead if you are picking up a large item to arrange loading (620-404-9940).
Store hours are:
Tuesday - Friday 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Saturdays 9:00 a.m. - Noon
Closed Sunday and Mondays
We do not ship items at this time. All items are self pick-up. We accept Cash, Credit/Debit only.
BIDDING RULES FOR AUCTIONS AND TIPS:
Descriptions and photos of items up for bid will be provided. Please research the item and know exactly what you are bidding on. We want everyone to get a good deal and not be disappointed with what they win.
All bids must be AT LEAST $2.00 increments. You may bid higher than $2.00 but not less, and only in whole dollar amounts (no cents).
Auctions will end at 8:01 p.m. That means if your bid was the highest and last bid at 8:00 p.m. YOU WIN. If your bid comes in at 8:01 p.m. or later you are too late and auction has ended. The Facebook time stamp shown on our system is the time stamp used. We urge you to keep Facebook's time stamp in mind and not rely on your household clocks or phone times.
Your first bid on an item needs to me in 30 minutes prior to the auction ending. We do this to prevent someone "sniping" auctions. If there is an item you are interested in make your bid early. So to make it clear, auctions end at 8:00 p.m. your first bid needs to be made no later than 7:30 p.m. Auctions run over 24 hours, so you have plenty of time to show your interest and make your bid prior to this time.
When the auction ends, we will make notification who the winning bidder is. Check your privacy settings so we can also contact you through Facebook messenger.
Tax will apply to all items and will be added to your invoice.
We are extending our return policy to one week. We strive to make sure all items are functioning and in good shape. Occasionally we will auction an item with minor damage, but only if it is still functional and in working order. Any item with minor damage will be photographed and listed as such in the item description. We urge you to check your product after you receive it to make sure everything is functional.
Please keep chatting in the comments down to a minimum. Conversations that interrupt bidding will be removed. Any foul language, rude, argumentative or inappropriate language will result in your removal from the group.
