Bloom is the outcome of two sisters following their dreams. Chelsey Wilkes and Jana Tillman had a vision. A vision to open a salon that radiates relaxation, creativity and positivity. The sisters created a business plan, found a quaint little location and began plowing through the process to make their dream come true. Nearly 5 years later, those dreams grew into bigger dreams and they have already relocated into a bigger location! When clients come to an appointment at Bloom, they know that heart and soul has been poured into this business. The sisters, along with the other well-educated stylists, value each individual client.
