Black Tie Sushi Started off doing Sushi Parties for friends that knew I was a Sushi Chef for years. word spread and when people started trying to book me that is when I knew I have to turn it into a Business. I knew I could make any style of roll that you see in any of the local restaurants but at a lower. Platters are another thing that has made most of my business. I make special occasion platters that have to be ordered a day or two in advance, from small to extra lg platters that can feed 20ppl! I only do small events or small gatherings for now when I do A Sushi Bar setups. If its a bigger gathering I make platters instead.
