Bill's on the Hill is the clubhouse and bar & grill at Old Capital Golf Club. We also operate as a restaurant and an event venue.

We are OPEN TO THE PUBLIC for Lunch (daily, unless the golf course is closed due to the weather) and also for Dinner on Friday nights with a more formal steakhouse-type menu, from March through November. Reservations are not required. You may see both menus at www.billsonthehill.com.

The facility is available Year-Round for rental for Corporate and Private Events: Business meetings, Birthday parties, Retirement parties, Reunions, Bridal showers, Baby showers, Wedding receptions, Rehearsal dinners, and more. Food is available, but food purchase is not required. Free wi-fi is available to our guests.

Bill's on the Hill has just started it's 2nd year in business, and Bill's Catering & BBQ is entering it's 4th year in business. We are fully insured and licensed. Our Chef & Sous Chef are both ServSafe® Manager certified. We are members of the Harrison County Chamber of Commerce.
