Big 5 Power Conditioning uses Olympic style lifts to build strength and power. Proprioceptive movements to develop athletic reaction times and Right/left brain communication. This combination is enhanced again using high intensity training methods to optimize athletic conditioning. All workouts have specific goals and are written as such however to allow individual needs to be addressed if necessary. Classes are available to seasoned athletes, to clients that are new to working out and want to improve their mind body connection and conditioning. We also specialize in youth athletic promotion both before and after school.
