Our reputation is important to as people who sells quality parts, fairly, and keep our word. See our reviews if you'd like, but you can be sure that we are going to try and make you happy as a buyer. Always message or call us FIRST if something seems wrong.

Deposits:
If you wish to reserve a part for pickup or later purchase the deposit price is %50 of the total cost with shipping. You will have 30 days to pickup the item, under normal circumstances.

Repair:
We install OE or OEM parts sourced from our suppliers ONLY so that we can maintain our 90 day warranty on repairs and maintenance. If a parts fails that we installed, you are entitled to a free replacement. Customer supplied parts such as engines or manual swaps NEVER come with a warranty.

Shipping:
No more than 2 business Day handling time EVER on packages less than 26 LBS. Items over this limit will be shipped on Thursdays. Holidays not included. Parts are packed safely and properly to avoid any damage. Shipping is done through USPS or UPS depending on the package. I am not liable for damage done to the item by the carrier. If you would like insurance on a package, please tell me and I will send an invoice for the added charge, depending on the value of the package. This is calculated through the carrier's quoting system.
LARGE ITEMS MAY REQUIRE EXTRA PROCESSING TIME.

Returns:
Returns are handled promptly. If an item does not meet oem or expected performance standards or the description you are entitled to a return. Buyer Pays return shipping. In the event of a refusal of the package by the buyer, he or she will be fully responsible for all shipping charges incurred by me. It is fraud to return a different item that was shipped and if found to be the case. All occurrences of fraud will be legally pursued and the proper authorities or parties will be notified.

As a used part supplier we do everything we can to ensure that a part is functioning to its highest ability as its design was intended. All of our parts are tested to function and are backed by a 30 day guarantee so that we can ensure you get a good working part and that you you are satisfied with it. Some products cannot be tested but we still allow those parts to be sent back and refunded. If you ever have any questions please ask.
