This 12 week self-defense course is designed to approach many of the common situations a person may face on the streets as well as how to avoid those situations all together. Designed in stages, each stage will focus on a specific attack situation and how to defend against them. Self- confidence, self-control and self-improvement will also be covered during the course. This class is open to all ages 16 and up. Participants under 18 must have parental consent to attend.
