Angel Vazquez Studio opened its door in 2000. Our mission is to cultivated our student's talents and musicianship by preparing them with the necessary education and performance experiences to face the competitive demands of today music industry.

About the Owner:

Angel is a Singer/Songwriter born in San Juan, Puerto Rico. From an early age Angel was exposed to music and to different Latin genres such as Salsa, Merengue, Pop Ballads, and Spanish Pop Rock among others. Angel started his formal music training at the age of 13 at the School of Fine Arts of Puerto Rico. Angel graduated from the School of Fine Arts of Puerto Rico in 2000 and was accepted to and attended the University of Puerto Rico, Bachelors of Music. At the University of Puerto Rico, Angel founded Sueño Latino, an organization of 40 students dedicated to music, dance and theater. In 2001, Angel was accepted and transfer to the School of Music at the University of South Florida in Tampa, Bachelors of Music Performance (Classical Music). His voice teacher at the time, Dr. Kay Lowe, dubbed Angel her "young Ricky Martin" a famous Puerto Rican Pop Star. In 2003, as if he hadn't done enough, Angel got accepted to the most prestigious School of Music in the United States, Berklee College
