> Rise & Grind Circuit with Mark: Fast paced intervals of cardio and strength training exercises – Easy, effective cardio routines combined with weight and resistance training to improve endurance
> H.I.I.T. with Kara: High Intensity Interval Training – High intensity cardiovascular exercises combined with fixed periods of sculpting & toning exercises
> Boot Camp with Ashley: Designed to strengthen all muscle groups, improve cardio fitness, agility and flexibility – Classes will utilize H.I.I.T. exercise, weights, resistance bands & other various equipment
> Warrior Circuit with Mark: Total body conditioning combining resistance and high-intensity training – Easy to follow, targeting strength building and muscular endurance to sculpt your body
> Anchor Fit with Mark (Introductory Class): Functional approach to strength and conditioning training focused on basic, proper technique and form – Build strength, increase flexibility, mobility and stability while enhancing cardiovascular fitness.
> Obstacle Course Training with Mark: Cross-training focused on functional exercises, such as kettle bell, dumbbell & medicine ball exercises, running, rowing and jumping rope
