Amy Roup, Graphic Designer 3.09

My motivation is seeing a blank image and having the ability and the vision to turn that blank slate into countless ideas, inspirations, creations and memories.

Thankfully, clarity struck me as a senior in high school that design was what I wanted to do as a career. I accepted an athletic scholarship to Western Nebraska Community College (Scottsbluff, NE), and went on to graduate from Aims Community College (Greeley, CO) with my Associates of Applied Science degree in Graphic Technology Prepress.

For almost 3 years, I worked in the marketing department at The Group, Inc. (Fort Collins, CO) specializing in personal marketing and corporate branding for nearly 200 Realtors®. I also helped coordinate and create designs for company events. In January 2013, a relocation opportunity for my husband allowed us to move to Lincoln, NE.

The move was the catalyst for owning my own business, Envision Graphic Design. I have had a dream to do this for years, and could not be happier with the outcome. I go to extreme measures to create the proper design for my clients, and I am very resourceful.

I have been married to Jay since 2008, and we have two terrific sons, Callan and Lane. We enjoy spending quality time with one another, and finding new adventures to experience. Baseball games, summer BBQ’s and weekend get-aways are a top priority for our family.
