Amalfi Bar & Kitchen is an LA institution, soild Italian fare and pub fare located on La Brea's up-and-coming restaurant row. Amalfi offers up home made Italian pastas and pizzas, American cuisine and a full bar. We are located next door to Acme Comedy Club and below Room 5 Lounge. Amalfi has a magical history, it is the former site of the Famous Swanee Inn. In 1937, club owner Bob Lewis suggested that budding Jazz musician Nathaniel "Nat" Cole assemble a small band to work at his Swanee Inn on North La Brea.

Stellar entrees include tender, wood fire roasted rack of lamb, to comforty fish and chips. Make a night of it and visit Room 5, an intimate live music venue located just up the stairs of Amalfi.
