As the professional home of Dr. Dhiraj Patel, we are a full-service clinic specializing in adult internal medicine and geriatric care. From annual physicals to general medical consultations, Dr. Patel is the physician for you! A board-certified internist, the doctor has almost thirty years of experience caring for those in need of medical counseling and guidance. He holds physician privileges at Gwinnett Medical Center and provides in-patient care at WellStar-North Fulton Regional Hospital.

We accept most major insurance plans and see patients 17+ years old. Our services include, but are not limited to: annual physicals, minor emergencies, prescription management, specialist referrals, and so much more! Dr. Patel speaks English, Hindi, Gujurati, and Urdu.
