About Claudia:

I'm originally from Peru and moved to the US when I was 12 years old. I have been passionate about music and dancing since my early years. I was introduced to Zumba in 2002 at my local gym up north when it was first kicking off throughout the US. I was fascinated as I had missed my Latin music and rhythms, I never missed a class and always tried my best to get every step, it was so much fun! To my surprise when I moved to South Florida in 2004 it got even better wow! You mean we learn different choreographies, and it is not the same songs every class? I was in Zumba heaven for many years and learned from amazing and very talented instructors in the area. I decided to get Zumba licensed in 2013 and started teaching at LA Fitness. Shortly after my wonderful husband pushed me to start teaching independently so in November 2014 I started on my own. I have an amazing group of ladies, my Ritmeras. We dance, laugh, sing, smile and we have a great time while working out. So I encourage you to come out and Zumba al RITMO with Claudia!
