I was raised in Southwest Snohomish County. I graduated from Woodway High School in the Edmonds School district. I am an Eagle Scout. I bought my first house when I was 18. I have been interested in Real Estate ever since. I was widowed after 28 years of marriage. I have two grown sons, Gordon and Bryan. I have lived in the Arlington area for almost 20 years. I consider Arlington home. I love living in the country. I do a lot of bicycle riding on the Centennial Trail. I love to go camping and hiking. I volunteer at the Arlington Police Department and USFS as a Mountain Steward. I take pride in being honest and dependable. I will do my best so that every transaction is as smooth as possible. I promote my listings when I meet other agents. I send a flyer to the top 200 agents in North Snohomish County when I get a new listing.

Through Windermere, all listings are sent to all the major Real Estate sites on the internet. I will do a detailed Comparative Market Analysis, (CMA), of your home, comparing it to other homes that have sold recently and comparing it to homes currently on the market. I have access to all the listings in the area. I search by area, price, features, or almost any criteria you chose. If the house you want is available, I will find it for you. I will put you in touch with reputable finance people who will get you the best mortgage deal for your situation. If you need help with your credit rating I can put you in touch with people that help with you with that. I have good relationships with Title & Escrow companies. I can recommend Home inspectors that will get down and dirty checking out your future home, so that you will know what you are buying.
