Our specialties include yellowtail with jalapeno and any of our specialty rolls. The American Dream roll is made with rock shrimp tempura inside, topped with spicy lobster and spicy kani served with a spicy creamy sauce. The Bay Shore roll is ahi tuna and avocado inside spicy crunch salmon, topped with a spicy miso sauce. We also have plenty of cooked options, including favorites beef teriyaki and grilled black cod.
