We encourage engaging and utilizing the Internet within operational constraints, Army Regulation 530-1 "Operations Security" (AR 530-1 para 2-1g specifically addresses recent technology concerns such as e-mail and web logs ("blogs"). The Army faces challenges; however who better to tell the Army story than Army Soldiers.
