- Don’t have anyone to move in with? We offer a free roommate matching service. No need to post ads online! Just fill out a brief questionnaire, and we’ll do the rest. If you’re 25 or older, we will give you the option to rent an entire apartment to yourself.
- Private bedrooms with individual locks.
- Fiber-based high-speed Internet available in common areas and all apartment units.
- All utilities included in each unit: Washer/dryer, microwave, oven/stove, fridge, and dishwasher. All apartments come with a 42" flat-screen TV with cable. Cable set-top boxes can be rented for your bedroom for $7 a month.
- Nationally-recognized on-site management.
- 24-hour emergency maintenance.
