Are you looking to relax in a modern and comfortable space?Tired of the cobwebs and dated decor you've found in most weekly rentals? Spend your Cape Cod vacation in our fully renovated and absolutely beautiful Cape Cod home. Enjoy easy access to all that the National Seashore has to offer with walking paths, freshwater ponds, Salt Pond, and the famous Coast Guard Beach practically at your doorstep. Explore the Cape Cod Rail Trail on bike, blade, or foot - conveniently just around the corner. Take a long walk below the dunes of Nauset Light before a quiet dinner at a selection of nearby restaurants; local seafood, piping hot pizza, classic American, and authentic South African are all within a two minute's drive. Venture south to Orleans for some live music or north to Wellfleet for harbor-side oysters. Our home is located on a private road in a quiet residential neighborhood but is just a short hop to everything: art, beaches, excellent dining, shopping, and adventures. Pop in the water to surf or kayak, watch the seals, or head out on a paddle board - the outer Cape is yours to explore, with the outdoor shower waiting for you when it's time to rinse off!

Looking for a quiet retreat? Curl up on the couch with a book, pop open a bottle of wine, or relax on the deck or in a hammock (we have three!) When the cool evening sea breeze rolls in, gather around the fire pit and lean back to watch for falling stars. Situated on just under an acre, we have fenced-in nearly half of the property and are a dog-friendly rental (please contact for details). Bringing the kids? The property abuts the local elementary school playground with nearby access to a freshwater pond and is near mini-golf courses and the Wellfleet Drive-in.

With two bedrooms on the first floor connected by a full-bath, the upstairs en-suite Master is private and comfortable. The first floor features an open-layout with tall ceilings, two bedrooms (the Cherry and Surf rooms), both a full and half bath, easy access to the outdoor shower, and beautiful views of the yard on all sides. Upstairs is our Master Suite with tons of space, an en-suite bathroom with huge tile shower, and peeks of the pond to the south. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, full refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and double sink. Enjoy a DVD in the evening or access your Hulu or Netflix accounts on the 39'' Smart TV, or watch the major networks on our basic cable plan. No need to worry about staying connected: we have wireless internet free of charge.

Looking to beat the summer heat? Enjoy the central AC and shady yard. Visiting in the off-season? Enjoy the south-facing deck or stone patio for delightful afternoon sun before you toss dinner on the Weber gas grill. You won't find a nicer house in our price range, so why wait? Book your Cape Cod vacation today!

Frequently Asked Questions:
1. Is your house on a busy road?
A: No! In fact, we are located on a dirt/gravel road and very little traffic passes by.

2. Where is the best parking for Rail Trail Access?
A: Our driveway! It is less than 1/2 mile to the Rail Trail from the house, and you will not need to cross a major road for access. (The trail crossing is Old Orchard Road, next to Arnold's Restaurant.)

3. Can we swim in the pond nearby?
A: Absolutely! The pond is, in fact, two connected ponds: Minister and Schoolhouse ponds. There is a convenient access within a short walk (either on the road or through the woods, but beware of poison ivy!) The ponds are also a lovely place for a short paddle, canoe, or kayak.

4. We love to cook; is your kitchen fully stocked?
A: We have provided everything you will need to prepare meals, from basic hotdogs on the grill to a five-course gourmet meal, you'll have what you need! Plenty of pots and pans, knives, utensils, and serving ware are provided. We've stocked the house as a home (because that is what it is!) We have also provided travel hot/cold mugs, a beach cooler, pitchers for lemonade or sangria, and much more! A blender, electric mixer, and bread machine are all available for your use.

5. Will the fence keep my dog in?
A: Of course every dog is different, but our fence is dog tested, dog approved by our yellow lab and husky/pointer mix (not to mention countless furry friends). The fence is split-rail style with vinyl-covered metal garden fence stapled up to 3.5 feet high on all sides. Only you know your dog's habits and abilities, so please use your best judgment if you have a ''jumper'' or an escape artist!

6. What size are the beds?
A. We have 2 twins (singles), 1 full (double), and 1 Queen. We also have a twin air mattress and a queen air mattress if needed.

7. We don't want to bring sheets and towels - what are our options?
A. We recommend renting from Cape Cod Linen Rental for all of your linen and beach equipment needs: http://www.cclinenrental.com/

8. What do you have at the house for my kids?
A. We're parents too! Our little Finny Rose is happy to share her toys, books, and pack n' play and more! We have baby and toddler toys, books for all ages, puzzles, a few outdoor toys, DVDs, a Graco Pack n' Play, and a "hook on" highchair seat. The stairs are gated at the top and bottom, and you'll find plastic bowls and cups, as well as some toddler utensils, in the kitchen cabinets.

9. And how about for my dogs?
A. We have several dog bowls at the house, as well as leashes and pick-up bags in case you forget yours. You'll find dog treats in a glass case on the kitchen island shelves and a tennis ball or two in the yard.

10. Does the rental include a beach pass?
A. While we are not able to offer a "transferable" beach pass for each rental, the Eastham Sticker office is just down the street and a pass does save you money. Please refer to the town's office directly for more information: http://www.eastham-ma.gov/Public_Documents/EasthamMA_Recreation/Sticker2016.pdf
