We always use a whole pig, or half a pig for smaller numbers (not joints). We always serve from our Hog Roaster (not a box), and we make our own tasty apple sauce (not tinned)
We don’t only roast Pigs, we can also roast Beef or Turkey Crown. All our meat is of high quality and sourced locally, so we know where the meat originated. The Pork is cooked slowly so it is tender and succulent with crackling crisped to perfection
