York House School is an independent preparatory school for girls and boys aged from 3 to 13 years of age. The school is located in Croxley Green, Hertfordshire, in an eighteenth-century mansion. The school motto is "Aut Viam Inveniam Aut Faciam", which is Latin for "Either I shall find a way or I shall make one". The current headmaster is Jon Gray.The school was founded in Hampstead and relocated to the Money Hill area of Rickmansworth in the late 1940s by the then headmaster Arnold White. The school again relocated to its current location in 1966.In 2011 it celebrated 100 years.
