YMCA Young Carers 1.83

Commissioned by the Isle of Wight Council, we support young carers aged from 5 to 18. We offer 1:1 support for those with significant caring roles & complex challenges. We work closely with education settings and agencies to ensure the whole family access support available to them. We also offer respite activities which is funded via public donations. On average, annually we need to raise £9,00 0to offer this valuable extra service to young carers.
