YEAR (Youth Empowerment and Resilience) project is a five year intervention project funded by the Big Lottery Fund, Reaching Out - Empowering Young People. This five year intervention programme is supported by a multi agency framework which will develop young people's social skills to empower them to make informed lifestyle choices.
