XBand Studio School of Rock, Pop & More 2.96

After the phenomenal success of the X Factor TV programme with it’s armchair appeal, XBand Studio offers the chance to have the real experience – a real life School of Rock & Pop!

During the 1 hour / 1 1/4hour sessions led by a real musician, students get to learn, jam and sing with others, with the excitement of ‘The Big Jam’ at the end, where everyone joins in whatever their level.

In addition to improving instrumental and vocal skills, each week includes a short section designed to broaden students' general band skills e.g. learning to improvise and experiment with different styles and covering band techniques from mic skills to stage presence.

So where can you join in? As well as holiday and occasional weekend workshops for all ages, weekly sessions run from 6-7pm and 7-8.15pm on a Tuesday at XBand Studio Floor 2, Great Missenden Baptist Church, 42 High Street, Great Missenden, HP16 0AU.
