Workshop was formed in 2007 to supply temporary and permanent labour to local businesses across the South West.

Entering the marketplace at the beginning of the credit crunch proved to be a challenge for the management team and staff but meant that the business had to quickly concentrate on providing second-to-none service levels in a contracting market.

Unlike many employment agencies, the Management team at Workshop come from a generalist, HR and training background which have given the Company a broader strategy and has lead to the development of many ‘outside the box’ recruitment solutions, which includes Fixed Margin.

The proof of the pudding is, as they say, in the eating and Workplace are pleased to work in partnership with many household names and local businesses.
