Renewals are due on the 1st May. To encourage prompt renewal payment, there will be a discount of £20 (or £45 in Bar Vouchers) if the full fee is paid before the end of April and a discount of £10 (or £20 in Bar Vouchers) if paid before the end of May. No discount will be available if the fees are received after 31st May.

Members are given a numbered keycard (£10 deposit required) and a four digit code to gain entrance to the club. Subscriptions are due on 1 May each year. Cash or Bar Vouchers given for prompt payment. (details on Rates Card)

Booking

A session for playing squash lasts for 45 minutes. Courts may be booked 8 days in advance, via the on-line booking system. This can be done from home or office, or by using the computer terminal at the club.

Off-peak members have restricted playing times: they may play and book courts only from 9:00am to 4:15pm weekdays. They may play at anytime on weekends and bank holidays.

Members are restricted to booking only one, peak time court per day.

Junior members may play and book courts from 9:00am to 4:15pm: other restrictions apply.

Guests may play squash with a member at the club no more than 4 times a year for a visitor's fee, currently £3.

Social

There are a number of social events and here you can have fun at the Beaujolais Quiz Night, New Year's Eve, Finals Night, Charity evenings at the club, sometimes with light meals. The Annual Dinner Dance is a more formal event that is always well supported. Occasional visits to see and play real tennis have been arranged too.

The bar is normally open Monday to Friday from about 6:00pm to 10:30pm* and most Saturday afternoons when Vets matches are played.

(!) - off-peak category allows playing at weekends and bank holidays and weekdays before 5pm. Off peak members may NOT play on court after 5pm weekdays, even with a full-member.
