- Spin Studio with aircon and new Impulse Spin cycles. Range of classes to suit all abilities.

- Private Personal Training/Rehab Room- for everyone to feel comfortable doing exercise, and to rehab any injuries back to full fitness, including; sand pit, treadmill, rower, recumbent bike, various weights with mat area, and a barre for balance exercises.

-Treatment Room to help you get back on to your feet, ease any aches and pains, or set up a recovery plan following a race. Providing Sports Therapy, sports massage, rehab, team/event cover, and kinesiology taping.
