warehouse on the banks of the River Lea, in the Lea
valley, North-East London.

It provides a creative environment through the mix
of long-term studio spaces and flexible bench-club
style workshop facilities.

65 sqft studio space, 24/7 access, £220 a month,
wifi and bills included.

WORKSHOP USE
The workshop is available to use on a
‘pay-as-you-use’ basis of £5 per hour per person
