Our 9 Toning Tables circuit takes just 36 minutes. Our relaxed fun and friendly atmosphere makes exercise fun. This fast simply exercise circuit features specially designed equipment specifically with women in mind. Simple to negotiate and smooth to use keeping you in complete control of at all time by the touch of a button. Exercise has never been so relaxing and sociable. Our equipment has been designed so that it can be used by everyone, irrespective of age, mobility, weight or fitness level. It is also suitable for most members with conditions such as MS, Fybromalgia, Stroke, Back Pain, ME, Arthritis, Joint Replacements and many others.

Our daily classes vary from Bootcamp, Pads, Legs, Bums & Tums, Spin, Step Cardio, Kettlebell, Step & Tone, Total Body Workout Circuits. Work at your own level at your own pace.

1:1 PT or group PT sessions are also available for men.
