When we think of our what our wellbeing means to us, it can be helpful to ask yourself these questions; why is your wellbeing important to you? Is there are anything affecting your wellbeing that you are not happy with in your life? What would you want to change to feel happier? How would you change? What changes would make life feel easier and smoother?

What can help with feeling a great sense of wellbeing? For me it's feeling calm, relaxed, able to cope with what life throws at me, being content with the things I am unable to change. It's also about living in the present moment and enjoying it. Life can be fast paced and stressful. Having a good sense of wellbeing means life is easier to cope with and you feel good about yourself.

What I offer is a chance to de-stress, relax, work on issues that you want to offload onto someone impartial with support, and to help your mind and body be in a good position to begin to heal and move forward in your life when you feel stuck. I offer a chance to STOP, REFLECT and BREATHE.
