The Gym Weights is a fully equipped, Social Gym. We have all the cardio and free weights you need to obtain fitness levels and weight loss. The gym is a pay as you go system, which saves you money no tied in deals, you only pay if you attend. The Gym is a people Gym with ages ranging from 14 to dear Phylis who is 90. Come in and see for yourself we are a friendly group :-)
