Wedding Celebrations is a local family run wedding decoration service based in Chesterfield, Derbyshire, that specializes in Post Boxes and Wedding Centrepieces The original principle behind this was brought about by arranging our own wedding reception and requesting vouchers and monies instead of the usual toasters. We wanted to be able to give our guests the option of not having to spend all night walking round with cards. We also didn’t want the hassle on our happiest day of having to worry whether gifts were safe. When we looked into this there seemed to be a variety of Wedding Post Box options out there from card to fiberglass advertising that these were the new must have for any event. The post boxes made of card looked like a good breath of fresh air would blow them over so we elected for a fiberglass version. When this arrived on our special day, the security of this post box involved one plastic screw holding it all together which an average 2 year old could have opened.

After the disappointment of our own experience, we started to research upon possible alternatives which led to us finding a company that made bespoke cast iron and steel Post Boxes. From the arrival of our first Post Box we have not looked back, the post boxes have been used for all manner of events and have travelled across the length and breadth of the country. People have loved the distinct classic look that these bring whilst having the added security that these are all key locked and weigh in excess of 20kg. (So unless you have invited Geoff Capes to your wedding you should be able to relax)

This initial start has allowed us to continue to grow and we now have extended the business to include wedding centerpieces. Again this was through personal experiences of seeing hotels and venues having limited options that they often insist on people having for their special occasions. We believe passionately in providing modern stylish and quality centerpieces and we source all our own products from the best manufacturers that the market can offer and ensure that we are forever looking at improving our portfolio.
