Wild Beer at Jessop House 4.3

Only 4 short years ago the Wild Beer Co.was born to challenge people’s perceptions on what beer is, how it can taste and how it can be enjoyed. By using wild yeast strains in fermentation and by barrel-aging or using unusual ingredients we believe our beer to be unique in flavour, in character, complexity and taste. We don’t believe in volume being the definition of quality. From conception to the present day we have created 87 different beers; of these 41 beers were brewed in 2016 alone, including 18 that were new to our range.

Jessop house is the home of our first Wild Beer Co. bar and restaurant. Set in a five story Georgian town house in the heart of Cheltenham with easy access to the vibrant town centre and a short drive to the racecourse.
Jessop house lends its self to being whatever you need, from a swift drink with friends after work with complimentary nibbles, a long lazy Sunday lunch with a full rib of beef to share between friends, a quick snack and a bit of people watching from our ground floor bar or for something a little more intimate why not try out first floor restaurant with a private bar.
Alex our head chef has a colourful and exciting history grafting for some of your favourite famous chefs some of whom have become household names. We are very lucky to have him join our team and are excited to showcase his talents through our menu and ongoing events.
Sophie our manager has been with us from the off, bringing with her a wealth of experience and local knowledge. Whether you’re a craft beer virgin or veteran, come on in, Sophie and her team will welcome you like you’ve just knocked on the door to their home.
