Warrior Box is the home of Chi Ferryhill Taekwondo Academy and Fitness Warrior. Our facility offers over 50 classes a month. Members benefit from a fully matted floor, large space, punch bags and more.

Chi Ferryhill Taekwondo Academy

Chi Ferryhill Taekwondo Academy was set-up in December 2012 providing top quality Taekwondo coaching. The academy teaches Taekwondo to all ages and grades regardless of ability. Students benefit from a relaxed, professional and most importantly fun environment.

The academy benefits from a fully functional matted Taekwondo Room which provides comfort and safety to all students. Upon joining Chi Ferryhill Taekwondo Academy students gain from annual insurance through our National Governing Body, British Taekwondo which also provides avenues into National and International events and seminars. Students will have the opportunity to develop and promote four times a year at regular Taekwondo Grading’s organised by our organisation; Chi Taekwondo, further development can be made at regular Seminars, Poomsae Training and Sport/Technical competitions giving all students the chance to compete in the different aspects of the sport.

Fitness Warrior

Here at Fitness Warrior, you will find supportive coaches, passionate about what they do, and a community of members that make up a team and family. We believe in, well, you! We are committed to creating an environment in which you and the community can excel in all areas of health and fitness. Our goal is to provide constantly varied workouts for all age groups that are scalable to your individual needs, yet challenging to improve overall physical fitness.

Fitness Warrior is a program developed to offer a full-body workout that combines elements of cardio, weight lifting, gymnastics, core training and more to prepare the body for the unexpected. This high-intensity workout programme is extremely varied. A typical warrior will likely never do the same workout twice in 10 weeks and each workout will usually last between 10 minutes to an hour.

Always changing the workouts, never letting your body adapt. This is why Fitness Warrior is great for getting results. Your body never gets used to anything so you never reach those plateaus.

We utilise our benchmark workouts to gauge your fitness at random times to chart progress and make adaptations where needed.
