I am Massimiliano Burzio, Neapolitan and professional
master pizza chef. I am the third generation of professional
pizza chefs of the Burzio family and our philosophy of
cooking food has not changed since we began learning our craft.

w h i c h s u p p o r t s a u t h e n t i c m e t h o d s o f p i z z a c u i s i n e .
I have brought my style of cooking to life with my Pizzeria Vesuvio,
my food is very simple using only the finest ingredients. My unique
wood fired pizza oven from Napoli brings a very delicate smoked
flavour to my food, which i hope you enjoy again and again.
