We design programmes that can be easily scaled to suit the capability of each individual, allowing a professional athlete to work alongside their grandmother performing the same movements and working at the same relative intensities.
Open Gym sessions run from 06:30-09:00 and 12:30-20:30 Monday to Thursday (12:30-19:30 on Friday).
