Unique-Fitness is based 2 minutes walk from Howdon Metro station, with ample parking spaces directly outside also available. We are community based Boxing/Martial Arts and Fitness Gym offering various classes 7 days a week.
We are a fully affilliated ABAE Boxing gym and home to Howdon Boxing Academy, who are building a strong reputatioin in the local TTW boxing region, with numerous success stories and champs.
We also offer Muay/Thai-Boxing and home of The Manor with a fantastic coaching team in Micky Terrill ( 2 x world champ and superkombat rising star) and Neil Foggin, whos trained and coached and travelled building his knowledge of the sport.
Unique-Fitness is also home to Team Respect MMA ran by top professional fighter and coach Rob Mills. already his team have a great waves on the local scene and is building a strong allround squad of athletes.
we are also resident to Howdon Wing-Chun, with Sarah Edmundson teaching the beautifull art of this martial art. Sarah has spent the last 28 years learning and practicing, and has a wealth of knowldege and experience to teach.
We also run a busy shcedule of group fitness classes both mornings and evenings, and have a great range of equipment at hand including strength and conditioning equipment, cardio equipment, full size boxing ring with range of bags, and a large 40mm covered matted area, with cage walls surrounding.
we also have resident Personal Trainers at hand for all your fitness and nutritional needs.
