Turtle Tots North Somerset 3.04

Turtle Tots is an innovative and unique swimming programme, which begins during pregnancy and continues once your baby is born. Mums-to-be can join our Turtle Tums aquanatal yoga classes which help you prepare for pregnancy and birth. Once your baby is born you can join our Turtle Tots and Turtle Toddlers programme which teaches you how to teach your child to swim in a relaxed and sociable environment. All our programmes have been devised in conjunction with a personal trainer to ensure that mums (and dads!) receive a work-out while swimming with their babies to help with post-natal fitness and well-being.
