Lets wuuuurrrrq!!!! you're gona love it!!! The class intends to be FUN! :) I want to improve performance skills to enhance confidence in people, it will be equivalent to cardiovascular work out at the gym, and you wont even notice! Class will begin with warm up, routine and cool down lasting 1hr and 30mins so will be attending to that little thing called good well-being too!
