Excellent area for walking, outdoor pursuits with cycling and climbing close or exploring the wider Peak Park area. Suitable for visiting the many attractions in the area. Alton Towers Theme Park is only 30 minutes drive, Chatsworth, Haddon Hall, Bakewell, Ilam, Dovedale all nearby. Historic market town of Leek and spa town of Buxton close by. The Potteries Stoke on Trent has many factory outlet shops including Emma Bridgewater, Denby, Wedgewood, Burleigh, Moorcroft and the Hanley Musuem has a display of the infamous 'Staffordshire Gold Hoard'.
