Junior Classes (mixed 8-13 yrs) : Monday & Friday 6.30pm-7.15pm (Camdean Community Centre) and Wednesday 6.00pm-7.00pm (JKS Abbeyview)

At Trench we will have your kids gloved up and learning boxing techniques from day 1.

Boxing is physically and mentally challenging so we work along side parents to help your child develop their skills, channel aggression, learn respect for themselves/others and teamwork.

We incorporate weekly medal/trophy awards as incentives for good behaviour, this has proven to be very successful. As such we are going to be implementing a new monthly grading system for technique as well as behaviour.

We will give your kids the drive and determination to reach their goals in a safe and fun environment.

Adults Classes (mixed): Monday & Friday 7.20pm - 8.50pm (Camdean) and Wednesday 7.00pm to 8.00pm (JKS Abbeyview)

Members will be trained until coaches are confident in their ability for amateur level boxing.

This is a very exciting time for local keep fitters and boxers with plenty opportunities to hit your personal goals. We can work with each of you on your own goals and tailor workouts to help everyone achieve them.

We have recently secured our own premises to offer more classes to suit the demand. Watch this space !!
