Totalpetz came to be through my love of pets having always had them as part of family life from when I was small until the present day. My pet family at the moment are Lhasa Apsos Maddie and Dougal, Mandy the elderly Dalmatian and cats Mabel and Zach.My working life has mainly been in customer service in such areas as Social Services, Administration, Mail Order, the Whisky industry and Hospitality and I love the satisfaction of providing a great customer service experience.Therefore it seemed the logical thing to do to combine these passions and start my own Pet Services business.
I aim to provide a flexible, friendly and bespoke service for pets and their people. These services include, dog walking, home visits for cats, puppies and small pets and pets to vets. If you are away for a few hours or for a week or more I will tailor the service to you and your pets needs and am happy to pick up the post, pop the bins out etc ...just ask!
I do not provide overnight stays at home or away at the moment as I have my son and my own pets to care for but am happy to do early starts and late visits by arrangement.
I am based in Cullen and work within the surrounding area including Buckie and Portsoy.
Prices for my services vary depending on travel, how many pets/visits there are etc and can be discussed during the free 'welcome' visit I provide.
As from April I will be a qualified dog groomer and will be adding this service to the business.I will be working from my lovely grooming salon in my home in Cullen where I aim to provide a calm, caring experience for your dog. It will be a one dog at a time service (unless dogs are from the same family) and the emphasis will be on humanity not vanity. Look out for updates on how the salon is coming on and of my taking bookings ......exciting times!! :)
