Our main aim at TSM is to identify the root cause of your pain or problem. We believe in being proactive in our approach highlighting any predisposing factors and movement dysfunction that may lead to injury or re-occurrence of symptoms.

You can expect a hand’s on approach at TSM, we don’t believe in high tech gadgets or fancy machinery!!! Each individual is treated uniquely to tailor their treatment. You will be treated by the same therapist from start to finish too maintain patient-therapist trust & understanding.

Our on-site facilities allow us to formulate specific rehabilitation programmes. This allows us as therapist to see what functional capabilities the patient has and highlight any areas of movement dysfunction. TSM ultimate goal is that the patient is empowered by understand their diagnosis and can self-manage their symptoms.
