As a former track and field athlete turned triathlete, I have spent years working on improving my own performance, as well as trying to support others in their quest for personal achievement. Whether it be international stardom, or just completing a local parkrun, everyone has their own challenge to complete. Due to having suffered from many different injuries and setbacks I developed a personal interest in sports injuries, and recovery from injuries. This has led me to qualifying to be a Sports Massage Therapist, to help compliment my qualification in exercise referral. I want to be able to help anyone in their recovery needs and potentially improve their best in order to be the best they can be.
